not really, the fact that it came from a bird means it's not even worth commenting on. normally i would agree, but she distinguished herself with some insightful and valid comments on saturdays rugby game, leading me to put some substance to her views I think you have a crush on her.

She's probably jealous of all the hot birds in Home and Away. Though I watch it for the storylines myself.

Bloody emotional episode today. Hadn't seen it for about three weeks so missed Flynn's passing. Twas horrible today when the bird came for her caravan and asked Sally if Flynn was around. I must admit my eyes watered.
Rock67 do you know what episode number was Flynn's death?
On a separate note and getting back to the thread's main subject, a question for bandage. I remember getting a text from you bandage about 'the best episode ever' which therock67 subsequently said had been the series finale in Oz. You said that there was a scene in the episode where it flashed to some weird hospital and the stalker was there. Was this something you misinterpreted? Kim being dumped at the hospital perhaps? Because if not there seems to be a huge lag between that occurrence and the actual re-emergence of the stalker.

Bandage is definitely correct as far as I know that the stalker was seen at the end of the Oz series finale. To an Irish viewer it looks out of context because we saw the stalker on a Tuesday and then nothing else since. From an Australian perspective they were using it as a teaser for the series as a whole.

That's exactly it - apparently they take 1 month off in Oz around December time so the appearance of the stalker was a teaser for the year ahead. She could reappear at any stage which is quite a prospect. When that unknown character was hiding out in the bush a few weeks back I thought it might be her but alas it wasn't. Anyone know what the story with her was after?

Anyone know what the story with her was after? Good question - I'd forgotten about her because the script is so fast-paced that you move from one storyline to another and don't have time to look back at what happened. I was looking forward to Lyonsee's study leave because I thought we'd have a 100% reliable resource for details of every episode - he took holidays at the wrong time however.

The scene last night when Mr. Stewart arrived with his suitcase to find Sally crying, staring at a photo of Flynn was immense. No words at all were required – just pure emotion when they embraced. I know of 4 separate people who shed a tear while watching it. What a legend that man is. Sally bravely resisting all attempts of help and support – she tried to get through her painful loss on her own but Mr. Stewart was having none of it. Arriving with the suitcase was superb – it was as if he was saying, ‘You don’t have to go through this alone Sally, in fact you’re not going through this alone because the whole Bay will be with you for as long as it takes’. Fantastic stuff.

Fantastic stuff. A sensational scene expertly played by Kate and Ray. Meagher's future is still up on the air because he hasn't committed himself to the Bay beyond the current series. Obviously you'd imagine there is a huge market out there for him (he wouldn't be out of place at a major Hollywood studio) but when he produces performances like that in episodes like yesterday's then you start to think he'd be best off sticking around for a while. Larsson left Celtic when the time was right - I'm not sure it's time for Ray to leave just yet.

See Dan punching Peter last night and hurting his own hand. What an embarassment that character is. As steamboatsam said 'the guy's been married twice and his brother has scored his wife each time - what a weener!'

I had a match and missed it and forgot to leave the recorder on for my timed recording.

Cracking performance by Ray Meagher today again. This guy is an absolute credit to his profession and his country. Must see television. It's imperative the producers sign him up for another few years!

Though they've never been my favourite family in the Bay - primarily because of Scott being such a wanker - at this difficult time I've decided on a little composition for the Hunters.
The Hunters
Oh young Robbie Hunter Though your mother is a munter And Scott is the type of punter Whose face I'd love to tear asunder
You've always been a family man And even when your father ran You've tried as best you can To save the family from the pan
You've watched young Matilda mature And as night follows day one can be sure She'll soon find a bloke to love her And many more to ride her
You pulled the plug on dear old Graham As you could not bear to see him lain On the bed probably in pain You had to end life's cruel game
Now Beth is suspect number one But she wouldn't kill her dad or anyone So when the cops come knocking you must run And the Hunter will become the Hunted one.

home and away is rubbish compared to brookside and eastenders
brookie used to rule the waves :-)
the incest story line showed me that my family life was actually "normal and accepted" I suppose :-(
