So happy with life in general lately - especially the fine weather and how the forum is going I was up singing an aubade at 4am this morning.

Very eloquent but I find you competing with me rather rebarbative! to follow lyonsee's latest post, i believe the forum is embiggened by such competition fantastic to see a thread become a veritable palimpsest, whereby layers of previous discussion can be seen under the most recent debate, as in the references here to rebarbative (the shaving thread), cromulent & embiggened, or rock's mention of Larsson in the Mattie Forde thread.

2007. English number plates - what is with them? Do people in England even understand them? Give me 94-LM-495 anyday i believe the first letter used to correspond to a particular year eg L was 1998, M was 1999, something like that but then so many cars were being sold they had to change the letter twice a year. I don't know what the story is now as they must have reached Z. It is an incredibly stupid way of doing them though.

2008: English drivers on Irish roads. Bastards piss around the place as they won't get any penalty points. 2009: English holiday makers, especially those driving caravans around Ireland. Take a proper holiday! 2010: English holiday makers complianing how expensive Ireland is to have a holiday in. Piss off back to England so! And its not even that expensive when they get the nice exchange rate coming over here.
