Not a patch on the genius of Gilmour and Waters. Too much of a spacer for me. No loss, good riddance to the fooker.

Syd Barrett founded Pink Floyd and came up with the name. He was the chief song writer and the others came along and kicked him out.
If they wanted to get rid of him, they could have started a new band, not steal his.
A Saucerful of Secrets (Barrett era) is their best album. Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here (Gilmour/Waters) are overrated.
