Just wondering have the administrators solely relied on word of mouth to spread the gospel of "thefreekick.com"- has anyone thought of PR stunts or exercises?
I was pondering this, with my starting point doing a "John 3:16"- would this be a good start do you think?
Can't really move on from high value publicity stunts beyond that and streaking at matches- maybe a good opportunity would be such a media event as a State Funeral for instance, bound to get some coverage with some fella holding up a banner with "TFK.com" - any takers?

Smaller writing underneath could have the link to the thread discussing Charlie himself so mourners were eased into a familiar and comfortable environment.
Once we've sorted out the main part of the site - i.e. once Bandage figures out how to use a PC - then we'll have the mother of all launch parties with celebrities such as TG4's Neelo and Irish cricket captain TJ in attendance.

It would definitely give the mourners an outlet for their feelings- TFK in the community sort of vibe. Celebrities such as "TG4's Neelo and Irish cricket captain TJ" does sound much better than "my flatmate & cully's fellow cricketer"- the press release should defo stick with your tag line. Will we be going to Lilly's- the City Channel would be desperate for some stimulating news, has anyone thought of contactin them? They could double it it with the Bar/Pub review show they have- interesting episodes sometimes. |

What about a strategic alliance with another website, we have sports could diversify with another special interest website? Eg cheese eaters website or the Aran Sweater fan club

I think any publicity would be good.
We should do an underground advertising blitz. Stickers placed in the lavatory cubicles of various nightspots, workplaces, sportsclubs, casions, bookies etc etc. those stcikers which are a fucker to get off
