Thought Eamo was an idiot to have a 50/1 bet on with therock67 that Klose would finish top scorer but he has informed me since that the bet is actually a double that Germania will win the WC and Klose will be top scorer. While I like the breed of football that the Geraniums play under Klinsmann I don't think they have any chance of going all way. While therock's odds are presumably better than a bookie it ain't worth it and he'll be down a fiver.

I have a fiver on with Eamo at 50/1 and another fiver on with Ladbrokes at 100's. Raging I didn't bet on Klose on his own - without the Germany part - but I still think it represents cracking odds. |
