Easy on identifying people's identities - you might modify such posts! Absolutely. Remember this is an open forum. I'd rather not have my manager hearing about it, wandering on, and seeing I'd posted almost a hundred messages in the last few weeks, as could easily be the case were my identity revealed. Can the moderators not delete the offending names? Have just done so and the power felt good!

Any chance of deleting my name from the various posts Mussolini? You can hardly expect Bandage to trawl through 1,132 posts looking for your name, eamo. I'd imagine if you draw up a list of instances, one might consider taking action.

Have just done so and the power felt good! Any chance of deleting my name from the various posts Mussolini? Just getting a thrill using my moderator powers. But seriously I don't think people should reveal each other's identities here as it's a personal thing as to whether one wants everyone to know who one is! There are also work, slanderous/libelous (what's correct for a msgboard) reasons among others not to reveal identities. Thank you all, Herr McDowell

slanderous/libelous (what's correct for a msgboard) Libel is defamation that can be seen, such as in writing, printing ... Slander is any defamation that is spoken and heard. However whether using someone's real name constitutes libel depends on the jurisdiction as most legal systems (including Ireland) require that the statement must be false; using someone's real name would clearly not constitute a false statement. In other systems it is necessary, for the statement not to be libellous, that it be in the public interest. In the former case, where a true statement would not constitute libel, it could constitute "verbal injury" or "convicium" if made with malice, or "invasion of privacy". Given my username, a very appropriate topic for my 100th post.

jesus of all the people talking about jumping on the bandwagon it should be leinster fans. At least the munster guys have travelled the length and breadth of europe for the past 7/8 years, I found it amusing to see the amount of leinster fans who travelled to toulouse, now there's a wagon being jumped upon.

I can see that not only is the Munster band wagon rolling, now the high moral ground is being claimed.
What do you mean the lenght and breadth of europe? What, England and France? Big deal

I thought the Munster support was fantastic, but I don't see why you have to put down Leinster fans to say that. Every team has to start somewhere; for Munster it was against Toulouse in 2000, for Leinster it was against Toulouse in 2006. The Munster fans were probably louder than Leinster would have been, but that doesn't mean Leinster fans care less.

I'd say the average joe in Munster cares more about his team doing well than in leinster. i've been playing rugby in dublin for the past 18/19 years and i couldn't care less if those lads won or lost. Sad really when you think about it. That is not the general view in Munster. If Leinster we in that final, O'Connell St, (or should i say Grafton St) certainly wouldn't be lined with people in blue watching the game on a big screen singing molly malone in the rain.

That's because those rural types have nothing better to do. And anyway it was sunny on Saturday in Limerick. It's a shame you feel that way - I was proud when I met Gordon on the junction of Eglinton and Raglan Roads two weeks ago. Shame on you Cully.

Sure their only a bunch of farmers, what else would they be doing. The match was over in plenty of time to let them catch mass at 7 o clock. A black day for irish sport. Dirty Declan and his dirty shower
